We are looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to join our growing Customer Success team in London. In this role, you’ll be tasked with finding and implementing solutions to some of the toughest and most exciting problems that we face as we look to scale Customer Success. You’ll need to be a strong, all-round problem-solver, with top-drawer critical reasoning skills and the ability to drive the decisions you help make through to successful outcomes. You’ll work closely with our Client Director (ex-McKinsey) on high-impact projects, and the role will provide both broad exposure (particularly across Commercial, Product, Data Science and Customer Success), and the ability to deliver meaningful change within the company.

What we need you to do as an Senior Strategy Associate:

  • Work with our Commercial team to build and implement a seamless customer narrative, value proposition and onboarding journey
  • Work closely with our front-line risk engineers and customer success managers and design/ improve efficient, customer-centric processes that help us meet our department (and company) KPIs
  • Take on high-impact projects (including through OKRs) to create step-change improvements in our customer offering and outcomes

What you bring to nPlan:

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting or similar strategy/ operations related experience
  • A strong desire to solve problems through pragmatic, effective solutions, and a demonstrable ability to implement solutions successfully
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence others, and experience working with senior stakeholders

  • An ability to prioritise effectively and lead multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Strong analytical abilities, being 80/20, finding and presenting insights and solutions persuasively
  • You're excited about the impact of what we're building: it brings you energy, determination and drive, and will push you to help us reach our targets
  • A nice to have: you have some experience working in the construction sector and an understanding of how large capital projects work.
